Our employees are our most important asset. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, one in two people are currently unemployed. That creates a lot of poverty while people are keen to work. However, as a result of the 1992-1995 war, activity has been low and the economy has collapsed. The labor-intensive production of raspberries enables us to provide a job for many people.  Work and income will revive the stuck economy and give people a new perspective. Our employees are legally employed and paid well according to local standards. We pay their health insurance and retirement. Once a day we provide a good hot meal for them. We work with many women who can improve their position in society through their own income.
